If you need help with a project, or just have questions, ACE is the place! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They actually approach customers and ask if they need help with anything. Amazing selection of products considering the size of the store.

When entering the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help by the cashier, she was very friendly and helpful. Directed me to the to the Isle where a gentleman was waiting for me. He asked what I was looking for and I informed him and he took complete control and knew exactly where to locate it. He could not help me enough!! I was there for some special screws and without help I would have been there for more than an hour or more. Because of his knowledge I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I wish there were an Ace closer to me in Zip 89015 although I'm willing to travel because of the courtesy I rec'd from these employees!!

Ace Hardware does not disappoint. I had been going to Lowes for years for paint projects, but decided to change it up and glad I did. I found everything I needed for an accent wall project. Although I found a paint swatch at Lowes I liked, Ace was able to color match it perfectly in their system and recommended their Benjamin Moore interior eggshell. I had recently painted a bedroom using Valspar paint and it took like a week for the paint smell to disappear. The Benjamin Moore paint covered well with little to no odor. What a difference! Dried quickly and we were able to put everything back in a day. The team at Ace is consistently helpful and every visit there has been better than the last.

Kudos to the staff of a hometown hardware store on Horizon Ridge. Very pleased to find a place that excels in customer service. Also on the plus side, the store is dog friendly. This was a happy place for our golden retriever Zoe.

I have been all over town looking for some bolts to finishing projects. I got here and a guy asked how can he help. WOW I can't even remember the last time i have heard that. I showed him what I needed, not expecting them to have it. He takes me to the fastener isle and a ligj shown from heaven as I saw the amazing selection! Even better he matched up what I needed right away, labeled it and bagged it for me. Wow incredible service. I ended up buying some other stuff and even the checkout was so friendly. I will be coming here first from now on.
